On Thursday May 12, 2011 The FireAntz Hockey Team presented a check to The Friends of Children, The check was for the amount of $5287.00. The proceeds were raised during a game in the 2010-11 hockey season.

On Saturday, December 18th the FireAntz hosted their annual Mascot Night. Kids of all ages enjoyed interacting with all of the mascots and Santa Claus.
